TOTALLY loved this book!!  This was my first book that I have read that had me laughing out load.  The characters are so funny and sarcastic that I totally fell in love with them.  The author does an awesome job describing each of their personalities.  The whole time while reading the book, I kept saying “I can totally see this being turned into a movie.

Darcy McDaniel is a trophy wife who has been married for 14 years to Warren, a 50 plus year old rich man with a gambling problem. Warren sends Darcy and her friend on a lavish vacation to Mexico for a couple of weeks.  On her way back home from vacation, she goes to her house and discovers that her husband sold their house with everything in it, including her clothes!  He also cleaned out their bank accounts and charged up all the credit cards and has disappeared.  Now with no where to go, Darcy has no choice but to head back to her parents house or should I say “trailer” on the “other” side of town - something she never thought she would live in again.  While feeling sad and miserable that she was left with nothing but the clothes on her back, and her little dog, she realizes that at least she has her adorable luxurious sports car.  While admiring her car from her parent’s trailer’s window, she sees and man next to it and realizes that it’s being stolen.  So she rushes outside to tell the man to back off, only to find out that her car wasn’t being stolen, it was being repossessed!  Darcy now realizes that she has nothing and has no choice but to find a job and start over again, but she still has hope, as well as her loving mother, of finding a rich man to give her the life she was so wrongly robbed of.  I don’t want to give too much up, but Darcy will learn the real value of a dollar and will find love in the most unexpected place.  Will Darcy choose love over money?  You will just have to read and find out.

This book was really cute and funny.  It had me laughing the whole time.  I totally recommend reading it.

Summary: (from goodreads) Trophy wife Darcy McDaniel has just discovered that, thanks to her embezzling husband, her posh, upper-class life is gone for good. Now she's trading her suburban palace for a trailer park and her weekly salon appointments for a job. Darcy needs a new man--fast--one who'll keep her in the manner she darn well deserves. Problem is, the hottest prospect around is the my-way-or-the-highway hunk who's making off with her beloved Mercedes!
Ex-cop turned repo man John Stark is sure that hiring the furious blonde in his headlights is a colossal mistake. He knows Darcy's high-maintenance, designer-labels-only type--after all, he's used to taking their cars. But he never expected this hellion to have the smarts and the spunk to go from receptionist to repo agent in record time...or to drive him insane with desire. She's the last thing this tall, dark, and dangerous loner needs...and everything he never knew he wanted.
