Summary: (from goodreads) My life had always been blissfully, wonderfully normal. But it only took one moment to change everything.

Suddenly, my sister, Georgia, and I were orphans. We put our lives into storage and moved to Paris to live with my grandparents. And I knew my shattered heart, my shattered life, would never feel normal again. Then I met Vincent.

Mysterious, sexy, and unnervingly charming, Vincent Delacroix appeared out of nowhere and swept me off my feet. Just like that, I was in danger of losing my heart all over again. But I was ready to let it happen.

Of course, nothing is ever that easy. Because Vincent is no normal human. He has a terrifying destiny, one that puts his life at risk every day. He also has enemies . . . immortal, murderous enemies who are determined to destroy him and all of his kind.

While I'm fighting to piece together the remnants of my life, can I risk putting my heart—as well as my life and my family's—in jeopardy for a chance at love?

This book is to Die for! When a author can combine history, paranormal and romance all into one book, its a hit for me. Amy did it and very effortless it seems, because I can't find any faults or dislikes for this book. It definitely a great start to a new series. One of my favorite love stories and its I believe to be my only zombie themed book I have read, well guess what Zombies are now loved by me thanks to Amy's alluring book.

What I think was one of the highlights of the whole book is all the well described areas of Paris, you get a personal tour with Die for Me. At one point I thought Amy's characters would run into the characters from Stephanie Perkins book Anna and the French Kiss. That would have been a treat. You get history explained thoughtout scenes in the book that help understand actions and the past. I can sit here and write so many adjectives to describe how great this book is. It grip me from the beginning and it kept my heart at a rapid speed while reading each little word. I did not want to finish the book since I knew it would be a long wait for the next installment. its the kind of book you can re-read. Its Unforgettable! This book will appeal to any age bracket, even possibly the male readers as well. I truly recommend it to anyone.

Kate is the poor girl, who lost her parent sin a car accident and has to relocate to Paris with her older sister. She has not been the same since the death of her parents, she is just a shell walking around. She now lives with her grandparents and sister in beautiful Paris. One day she finally decides to get some air and sit at a Paris cafe, that's when she sees him. Something instantly sparks and she doesn't understand it. The boy is so handsome and there is something about him that feels familiar. Kate then keeps running into Vincent and well she just cant keep trying to avoid what she feels. Kate doesn't want to open her heart again, she is afraid. Vincent becomes a part of Kate and secrets are revealed. Revenants are explained, what you ask is a Revenants. You have to read Die for Me to find out. Will Kate be able to accept Vincent's secret and will her heart survive it all.

Read, Borrow, Buy, Download or Listen to Die for ME! It's a fresh new take in a usually gory setting. Revenants will be your new fictional boyfriends.
