Real Steel has it all. The perfect plot, characters and look. This movie is great for the whole family to see or on date night. Has the right balance of action, humor and suspense. Every single actors did a A+ job on their parts. The screenplay I wouldn't change anything about it. The movie flowed the entire time. You are entertained from the 1st second until the closing credits. Real Steel is a box office gem!

Real Steel is set in the future the year 2020, where electronics are a bit more advance then now. There are nationwide competitions for fighting robots control by remotes. Charlie (Hugh Jackman) struggles to make ends meat, so he competes in illegal robot fights. The one day Charlie is learn that his ex-girlfriend has passed away and now he is responsible for the son he never cared about. He makes a deal with the son's Uncle that he will turn over his rights if they give him money so he can pay for his robots. He keeps the boy for a few weeks while the aunt and uncle travel, so he must take his on Max on the road with him. Max on their crazy journey discovers a old sparing robot called Atom. Charlie doesn't see how this robot will save then, but Max does. Max begins to work with Atom and little bu little Atom works his way up in the underground robot fighting circuit. Atom is a shock to all and even grabs a fight in the World Robot Boxing League. You must watch to see Atom journey and how Max and Charlie survive their union.

This movie had the whole theater cheering or hollering the whole time. Atom wins your heart over and so does Max. Go out there today and see it at the box office, but also once it hits stores Buy it!

  1. Really?? I wasn't sure if this looked really good or really cheesy. I'm glad you reviewed it, because I might have just skipped it otherwise. Of course I have to go see The Three Musketeers first, but now I'd like to see this one too. Plus I love Hugh Jackman! :D
