Each week we will post a new Top Ten list complete with one of our bloggers’ answers. Everyone is welcome to join. All we ask is that you link back to The Broke and the Bookish on your own Top Ten Tuesday post AND post a comment on our post with a link to your Top Ten Tuesday post to share with us and all those who are participating. If you don't have a blog, just post your answers as a comment.

Top Ten Books I Wish I Could Read Again for the First Time

Yara's Answers:
  • Twilight  by Stephenie Meyer - This is the book that stir everything up for me back in 08. Thanks to reading this book for the 1st time, I began reading YA and discovered all my amazing TwilightMOMs friends that are now my life-long friends.
  • The Hunger Games by Suzanne Collins - Can you believe I almost didn't finish the book when I began reading it. I felt it was too harsh but then the story unfolds and your swept up into the games and Katniss fight with her.
  • Dark Lover by J.R. Ward - This book was the one that helped me get over my Twilight withdrawn back in 08. This whole series is just pure ecstasy!
  • Delirium by Lauren Oliver - Delirium is such a Epic tale for me. Love a disease, how can you go wrong with that.
  • Don't Breathe a Word by Holly Cupala - This book left such a impact, I couldn't stop thinking about it for days. Comes out 1/3/12.
  • Darkness Becomes Her by Kelly Keaton - From the first coupe of words this book grip me and just didn't let me go. I needed more when I was done. The world building is crazy good!
  • Anna and the French Kiss by Stephanie Perkins - This book just made me happy for days to come. Its like drinking a glass of home made lemonade on a hot sunny day by the water.
  • Divergent by Veronica Roth - If I loved The Hunger Games then thi one I was goo-gaga for it too. Its one of my top Dystopians ever.
  • Die for Me  by Amy Plum - I never in a million years thought I fall hard for a zombie book like I did for Die for Me. Now when I say Zombie, don't think we are talking about those night of the living dead kind, oh no far from it. Read Die for Me and you'll see.
  • The Unbecoming of Mara Dyer by Michelle Hodkin - What can I say about Mara that hasn't been said already. There is no easy way to understand who Mara Dyer is, which is what makes this book EPIC!
  • Nightshade by Andrea Cremer - Nightshade is what Twilight was for me a few years ago. It left me with such a withdrawal and it was just amazing. This is my favorite wolf series ever.
Yes I went with 11, I couldn't leave any of these 11 out of the list. I have more but I'm happy with these 11.

Tammy's Answers:
  • Twilight
  • New Moon
  • Eclipse
  • Breaking Dawn
  • Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone
  • Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire
  • Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince
  • Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows
  • The Hunger Games
  • The Warlock by Michael Scott
Oh my goodness...I could go on and on forever with this list. Most of these books I read through so fast on the first read because I had to see what happened next, so I wish I could go back and read them each again for the first time and maybe savor them a little more this time (but I would probably devour them again-LOL).
