Summary: (from goodreads) When literature student Anastasia Steele is drafted to interview the successful young entrepreneur Christian Grey for her campus magazine, she finds him attractive, enigmatic and intimidating. Convinced their meeting went badly, she tries to put Grey out of her mind - until he happens to turn up at the out-of-town hardware store where she works part-time.

The unworldly, innocent Ana is shocked to realize she wants this man, and when he warns her to keep her distance it only makes her more desperate to get close to him. Unable to resist Ana’s quiet beauty, wit, and independent spirit, Grey admits he wants her - but on his own terms.

Shocked yet thrilled by Grey's singular erotic tastes, Ana hesitates. For all the trappings of success – his multinational businesses, his vast wealth, his loving adoptive family – Grey is man tormented by demons and consumed by the need to control. When the couple embarks on a passionate, physical and daring affair, Ana learns more about her own dark desires, as well as the Christian Grey hidden away from public scrutiny.

Can their relationship transcend physical passion? Will Ana find it in herself to submit to the self-indulgent Master? And if she does, will she still love what she finds?

Erotic, amusing, and deeply moving, the Fifty Shades Trilogy is a tale that will obsess you, possess you, and stay with you forever.

This review will be G-rated even though the book is for mature adults. This book contains heavy content in violence, sex and profanity. I don't recommend to the YA audience.

Fifty Shades of Grey is not new to me. I read part of the trilogy back when E.L. James started the story as a fan fiction. I was hooked back then and when I started blogging I lost all the time I had to read fanfic. So when I heard that E.L. actually published the same fanfic I fell in love with into books, I immediately jump on that train. I had been brief that the characters names and places and some minors changes had been done to the story for her to publish. Now that I have read the first book in the trilogy and notice all the changes, I think I fell even harder for the story. It had been a while since I read it as a fanfic so reading now was like reading it for the first time. E.L. does a great job with her story telling of "Fifty". This book doesn't lack much, yes its heavy in sexual content but you still get a great plot to go along side it. Now on a scale of how hot and heavy it gets, its like a volcanic 10. It will burn you to your core.

Fifty Shades of Grey is the story of Anastasia and Christian. Anastasia is your everyday girl next door about to graduated from college. Christian Grey is a young wealthy executive that resembles Adonis. When the two meet by chance well both of their lives are about too change and they don't know it. One day Christian appears at Ana's job after meeting and things begin to ignite. Christian warns Ana to stay away from him but she is captivated by him. Since neither can resist to stay away from each other, Christian must take the next step. Christian approached Ana with his "contract". What this contract entitles, well its not your everyday yes or no questions. If Ana agrees to the contract her life will completely change. "Fifty" will come out and Ana will have to decide if she wants Christian with all his demons. This story will stir passion and sympathy when you read it. Will Ana be able to change "Fifty" back to Christian or will "Fifty" convert Ana. Between twitchy palms and inner fan-girls dancing around, you will be enraptured with this story.

Make sure you have time to sit and read Fifty Shades of Grey because you will not be able to sit the book down. E.L. James has conjured a tale that will leave you blushing and breathless!!! I am now currently reading the next installment in the trilogy: Fifty Shades Darker. So look for that review soon.
