Summary: (from goodreads) Lenah Beaudonte should be dead. But having sacrificed herself to save another, she finds herself awakening with strange powers that are neither vampire nor human—and a new enemy on her trail. In her vampire life, Lenah had thought that being human was all she ever wanted; but the human heart suffers pain, heartbreak and loss.

With her new powers growing and the dark force of the Nex after her soul, Lenah faces a choice: between the mortal love of gorgeous Justin, whose passion fed her human soul, and taking a different path to become the mistress of her own destiny, wherever that may lead..

Stolen Nights was a refreshing book to read. I had not picked up any vampire books in a long time and reading Stolen Nights reminded me why I love Vampires and Paranormal genre so much. Stolen Nights besides being Paranormal also brought such a deep emotional impact. You hardly hear a vampire book affecting one so deeply like if it was a contemporary romance novel. Well Rebecca Maizel was able to bring it together. You can tell right away that Rebecca worked very hard at creating a masterpiece. I'm sure blood, sweat and tears were poured into the making of Stolen Nights.

Stolen Nights begins days after Infinite Days ended. The book follows Lenah and Rhode and their new humanity. Of course with actions like that, you must expect to pay the consequences. Lenah must now come to face the Aeris. Its not easy to go against Earth, Wind, Air and Fire but Lenah will have too. Stolen Nights will shock you in so many ways. Rhode is back, and will this mean Lenah will finally get her HEA with him. Then Lenah and Odette ill have their own powwow. Will Lenah be able to overcome her mistakes and stop certain people and maybe just maybe be happy ever after? Read Stolen Nights and just a little heads up, the ending will hit you like you been electrocuted. If you are a crier, then have your box of tissues ready when you read what happen when Lenah........ Ha! You thought I would give it away.

Stolen Nights will be if not perfect but close to perfect for fans of the series. The long awaited release will be all worth it when you finally do sink your teeth into it. You will agree that Rebecca brought everything together and then some. Now after reading this one and knowing what way it went, I have no clue what Rebecca will bring to the table in book 3.

  1. Very good review. Thank you. I've been waiting for this since INFINITE DAYS. Was kind of bummed we had to wait so long after the UK got it but it's only fair since other countries often have to wait with US books.

    Thanks again!

  20. Your review is what actually made me add this series to my TBR list. I haven't read a vampire book/series in a while. I was taking a break from them because I felt like I needed more out of the books I was choosing to read so I ended up reading from a multiple of genres I normally don't read. In your review you stated that you hadn't read a vampire book in a while and after finishing your review, I take it that this one was very much worth it! Thank you for sharing your thoughts!
