The Metropolitan Opera's Emmy and Peabody Award-winning series of live performance transmissions returns to cinemas across the United States this fall with the ninth season of The Met: Live in HD. The season begins with Verdi’s Macbeth, starring Anna Netrebko and Željko Lučić, on Saturday, October 11and will feature 10 live and 10 encore presentations through April 2015.

All live events take place on Saturdays. In addition to the live events, encore performances will be exhibited on Wednesdays immediately following the respective live event. The schedule of events follows below.
