Positive. With two little lines on a pregnancy test, everything in Lizzy Rollins' ordinary life is about to change forever. And all because of one big mistake in Vegas with Ben Nicholson, the irresistibly sexy bass player for Stage Dive. So what if Ben's the only man she's ever met who can make her feel completely safe, cherished, and out of control with desire at the same time? Lizzy knows the gorgeous rock star isn't looking for anything more permanent than a good time, no matter how much she wishes differently.

Ben knows Lizzy is off limits. Completely and utterly. She's his best friend's little sister now, and no matter how hot the chemistry is between them, no matter how sweet and sexy she is, he's not going to go there. But when Ben is forced to keep the one girl he's always had a weakness for out of trouble in Sin City, he quickly learns that what happens in Vegas, doesn't always stay there. Now he and Lizzie are connected in the deepest way possible... but will it lead to a connection of the heart?

** This is a New Adult romance novel recommended for ages 18+ due to sexual content and mature subject matter.**

Well hello there sexy rock star book, where have you been and why haven’t I gotten my hands on you sooner?! Deep is the fourth book In the Stage Dive series starring Lizzy Rollins and Ben Nicholson, the ever so sexy bass player from Stage Dive. I unfortunately read this book first, so some of the previous couples and events kind of confused me, but I definitely believe it could be a standalone, but reading the previous books would’ve definitely been better. After I finished Deep I went out and bought the prior novels, because I need more sexy rock star books, with their rock star complexes, and the family they have seemingly brought together through the books prior.

So let’s get to the book, from the very beginning we know everything is about to get real messy, Lizzy was pregnant. Pregnant after her one night stand with Ben, the one night stand that shouldn’t have happened, but definitely should’ve with the amount of chemistry these two had. Lizzy was off limits to Ben, she was his best friends wife’s sister, definitely not to be touched or even looked at, but it was hard from the very first time they laid eyes on one another they couldn’t stay away. They tried, they tried the friend thing, tried to keep it casual, friendly, text conversations, no touching, but that wore on them. Then one night in Vegas, right after Lizzy turned 21 and her sister’s wedding, lines got blurred and they broke all the rules. Rules are meant to be broken, but only once in the case of Ben and Lizzy, Ben doesn’t want more, he wants the friendship, but he has  to honor this code to his best friend, so of course this causes drama and tension and exactly what we want for a book like this.

I definitely enjoyed this book; I read it in a sitting and had myself ordering the previous novels right away. I love being able to get lost in New Adult books because they are so easily consuming. We get a glimpse into a rock star’s life, a man fighting his true feelings, a pregnant girl trying to be just friends with someone she has plenty of fantasies about, and having friends and family interfering on anything involving the two. Not a lot goes unseen or unheard when you’re on tour.
