Travis and Gabby first meet as neighbors in a small coastal town and wind up in a relationship that is tested by life's most defining events.

When we were asked to host a girl's movie night for The Choice, we had to jump into the opportunity. We love Nicholas Sparks and his books. Anything that man writes or produced, we must read/watch. Although we know he likes giving us anxiety, Nicholas sure knows how to swoon any girl. Which you will be able to view our reactions through some our snapchats we saved. Throughout the movie the girls and I (Leydy) would either be swooning, crying or screaming out loud.

Before I get through out movie night, I want to share this cute image that was shared on our social media pages.

Isn't this package amazing? All we needed is a (or two or three... or four) glass of wine. Thank you so much Lionsgate for this package!

As I arrived at Aurora's house, we had to make a cute set up to take a picture to share on our social media. Of course we had to add our bottle of wine, well one of them. (Karina's pic)

As soon as this as we finished taking this picture, with our glasses full, our food ready, we went to the family room sat down and started our night.

We've discovered the beauty of Snapchat and here are so of our reactions while watching The Choice. Yes, wine does crazy things...

Let's be honest, the first thing that comes in mind when you're watching a Nicholas Sparks movie is, WHO WILL DIE? Yes, that was our first question of the night. And we had to put that our our Snapchat.

I had to take a closer picture of our new wine glasses. These are adorable and they match the movie.

Let's talk about the movie! Gabby is Travis neighbor and she goes off on him because she is blaming his dog in getting her dog pregnant. She's a little fierce person. Gabby has a boyfriend but sparks between her and Travis are off the roof and soon she will start getting attached to him.

Typical Nicholas... Making us swoon only to make our temperature high within seconds. Here we are swooning like little girls only to be screaming SHE DOESN'T DESERVE YOU!

Just to freak you how and make you go back to WHO WILL DIE?!

And make you cry and not be ashamed.

Just so he can be like - Just kidding, here is the happy ending.

The Choice is yet again another of Nicholas' love story that is completely sure to pull on your heart strings and keep you riveted. Even if the story is predictable, Benjamin Walker and Teresa Palmer are a refreshing duo that keeps your interest and the director managed to present us a lovely love story.

So if you are in the mood for a romance movie, make sure to purchase The Choice.

Thank you Lionsgate for the movie night swags and The Choice. This was surely a great movie to share with the girls!

Travis and Gabby first meet as neighbors in a small coastal town and wind up in a relationship that is tested by life's most defining events.

I had the opportunity to watch “The Choice” at the Grove. I was rushing due to traffic but times had been printed wrong and the movie started at 7:30. Phew! We were able to sign in with a really polite staff and get our seats earlier than expected.

Now the movie… [Spoilers ahead]

I had been on board with Nicholas Sparks with his earlier work: A Walk To Remember, The Notebook and Message In A Bottle. I stopped watching, somewhere around 2008, as his films started feeling the same. Nevertheless, “The Choice” does fall into the arc pattern that Nicholas Sparks is so known for but it somehow feels fresh. Teresa Palmer and Benjamin Walker make a heartfelt duo, pleasantly surprised with the latter as I’m used to seeing him in drama films. But the films starts light and with lots of humor as Gabby and Travis show us their relationship 7 years prior to the choice and it is pleasant to see them falling in love. In the third act, by the accident, you know where this movie is going but the director still plays a bit with angles in different shots during different scenes to keep the element of surprise: will he end it? Would he disconnect his wife? Travis wishes he could breathe for his wife and blames himself for not being on time, as this would’ve changed the outcome. This is the lesson that he intends to give since the beginning of the movie: every choice you make in life changes everything. He chooses to wait, to not disconnect his wife, while he tries to look for a way to show how much he loves her: give her the moon and the stars just as he promised by recreating a childhood memory of hers by their spot.

Even if the script was a bit predictable, I found myself enjoying “The Choice”. Benjamin Walker and Teresa Palmer are a refreshing duo that keeps your interest and the director managed to present us a lovely love story. This is not your usual tearjerker, and mostly due to the subtle way that Travis’s playful personality lightens the emotional moments during the scenes, but it does manage to emote a feeling of hope for the two characters.

Travis and Gabby first meet as neighbors in a small coastal town and wind up in a relationship that is tested by life's most defining events.

Travis and Gabby first meet because she is an agitated neighbor, upset with Travis' ways. But from that moment there was a spark that was lit between them. In a trial of tests and love it winds down to the simple fact that our life is made up of choices, and depending on what you do you might end up with the best thing that ever happened to you.

Seriously...can I get Molly McAdams and Nicholas Sparks to write my love story. Or can they do a mash-up? Because I would love that.

Now that I've gotten that off my chest let me tell you about the most recent tear-jerker that Nicholas Sparks has bestowed upon us.

That's right. You will most likely need your tissues. What did you expect from Nicholas Sparks? A love story that is completely sure to pull on your heart strings and keep you riveted. Benjamin Walker - oh boy. He brought a whole new meaning to Southern Charm. I'm almost positive if Travis were to have talked to me I would've succumbed to his plans. The fact that Gabby was able to hold off for so long was amazing and basically just showed why their relationship worked. Because they were able to test each other.

This film brought an amazing slew of scenery shots. Honestly it made you wish you owned a piece of land in the South that was right on a lake, or a bay, or a beach. Because basically I now need a gazebo in the sand...and a southern boy to go with it.

There's so much, yet so little to say. I would rather you go and watch this film and then come back so we can talk. I don't want to give anything away, but I do want you to know that this is such an amazing story. I took my friend who isn't familiar with Nicholas Sparks films. I think she was the first to cry...and I'm pretty positive she now is a fan of Nicholas Sparks.
