I am a BIG Fan of Vampire movies even before Twilight existed. This movie is different from all the others. Its a World where Vampire are the major population and Human are almost extinct. The humans are farmed for their blood, like how we farm cows for their milk you can say. One Doctor (Ethan Hawke) is not happy with his life as a vampire since his brother turned him with out his consent when the outbreak. He is trying to design a blood substitute so humans will not be needed anymore, when he comes across by a few humans and they teach him that you can be cured back to being a human again. SO now he must try to convince everyone this is what they want before they all eat each other up. A bit gory for me at times. One thing that really made me say out loud "Are you serious" was the fact that the Doctor (Ethan Hawke) name is Edward and all the vampires have yellow/butterscotch eyes. They could have been more original when it came to those two things.
