Summary: (from goodreads) Story Fischer has her hands full with her successful local market, her Queen Bee Honey business, and her new maybe boyfriend, Hunter Wallace, but being abandoned by a hive looking for better digs puts the busy beekeeper in a bad mood. While Story looks for the hive, the rest of Moraine, Wisconsin is searching for a woman with a checkered past whose return has the whole town buzzing.

When she finds the dead body in the woods, she's in a sticky situation indeed. Story just can't seem to mind her own beeswax. But this time, she might just get stung...

OK yes I'm sure you are looking at the cover and saying "She actually read this book!". Yes I did and actually this is where that saying, don't judge a book by its cover comes in to play. The cover does not give it justice at all. So enough about the cover and more about the content inside.

Mind Your Own Beeswax delivers a simple mystery story, minus the very gory stuff you might find in other mystery books. The characters are nicely written. I would have enjoyed more romance in the story between the characters. There are parts of the book I would say are educational. Another thing you need to be ready for is the writing style, Hannah uses bullets points *. She uses them with her clues and list. It can either be a very good things for some readers or it can be a distracting issue for others, I personally could have done without them. So regardless of that I think its still a fun and easy mystery read.

Story (what a great name for a character) is a beekeeper in the small town of Moraine, WI that runs a booming local market. She begins to have troubles with her beehive, they seemed to have left the hive. So Story sets off to find the bees and hopefully fix her bad temper she is in. Hunter is Story's kinda maybe boyfriend which happens to be the town's Realtor. Story finally finds her bees but guess what something else. While she has been looking for her bees, the whole town has also been busy looking for a missing resident. Story at this point now needs to know why her bees and dead bodies are in the same place called "The Lost Mile". This is where Story will either mind her own beeswax or she won't.
