Summary: (from goodreads) When Liz Cooper's friend Robin Bloom finds an unusual tarot card tacked to her front door, Liz writes it off as a prank. Robin refuses to ignore the omen—her late husband drew the same card, the three of swords, in a reading the night before he was killed in a car accident. As more cards and darker threats appear, Liz realizes someone very dangerous is upping the ante.

Liz turns to her brother's ex-college roommate, occult expert Nick Garfield. As Nick leads her into the voodoo community to locate the origin of the deck, she can't ignore their attraction to each other. Then a woman is found murdered and Robin becomes the prime suspect. Determined to clear her friend, Liz joins forces with Nick to unravel otherworldly secrets and seek help from beyond—or risk being outwitted by a cunning killer...

A great start to an awesome new mystery series. The cover totally goes with the story especially the creepy voodoo book. If you are not scared off by voodoo, hexes and curses then this is the book for you. This book grabbed me from the very beginning and through the very end.

Liz and Robin have been friends since they were little girls and have stood by each other through everything. One day Robin calls Liz scared because someone has been leaving tarot cards with threats written in the back on her front door. Robin takes these things very serious because her late husband had a tarot reading the night before he died and in his reading it revealed death. Liz has never believed in all this hocus pocus, but will soon start to believe when Robin is in jail with murder charges. Liz and her “friend” Nick, a professor in Religions and cults go and try to do their own investigation, apart from the police, in order to clear her best friend of murder charges. What they don’t expect is a web of curses and voodoo princesses that go back decades ago.

Who do, Voodoo is a great start to this sure to be great mystery series. The book had me guessing who the killer was the whole time. I will definitely read the next installment or any other book from Rochelle Staab. I can not wait to see what Rochelle Staab will come up with next in this great new mystery series. If you like cozy mystery murder stories, Who Do, Voodoo is a book for you and I totally recommend you read it.
