Summary: (from goodreads) He never saw her coming...

Spencer Lark already knows too many secrets about Arizona Storm, including the nightmare she survived and her resulting trust issues. But in order to expose a smuggling ring—and continue avenging his own tragic past—the bounty hunter reluctantly agrees to make Arizona a decoy. Yet nothing has equipped him for her hypnotic blend of fragility and bravery, or for the protective instincts she stirs in him.

Arizona wants to reclaim her life, which means acting as bait to lure the enemy into a trap. Sure it's dangerous, especially with a partner as distractingly appealing as Spencer. But as their plan—and their chemistry—shifts into high gear, Arizona may discover there's an even greater risk in surrendering her heart to a hero...

First off let me say I was excited like a school girl when I saw this on a list of books Yara received to review. I had to snag it to read. Lori Foster is one of those authors that when a new book comes out, I NEED to read it. If you haven't read any of her books at all? START NOW!

Okay off to review the book haha. I loved the cover of this book, I think when I first saw it I couldn't stop staring at it. Whats more awesome than a man in a wet t-shirt with muscles? :P Don't be fooled though there is more to the handsome man on the cover. Spencer and Arizona's story is one of dangerous and tragic circumstances. Arizona has previously lived in a literal nightmare and survived to tell the tale, but now she wants to help people that have gone through what she has. Even though she has some issues to work out she insists on doing things her way even though it might result in danger. Arizona was saved by Jackson and his other partners who are a Trio of pretty amazing men. She gets borough into their group and is though of like a little sister mostly, but she has other ideas.

Spencer is just an average bounty hunter, but he knew Arizona already and knew the horrors she lived through, but when she comes to him for help he has reservations about getting mixed up in helping her do something that would put her in the same situation, yet again. Spencers hero act makes you swoon, and you can just hope he gets through his past as well. The books keeps you interested from start to end, and doesn't let up with the intrigue and how they are going to get through the crazy plan Arizona has to catch the bad guys.

Also, this book is definitely not for underage kids, this is an adult book with adult.. scenes. Definitely loved that both Spencer and Arizona knew how to kick butt and weren't afraid of what they were fighting for, be that it was other men, or the love that might be blossoming between them. The Perfect Storm is a MUST read because its just one of those love story's with a fabulous story line that keeps you hooked. Lori did amazing with this one, and I was very happy to be able to read this book.
