You heard it before and you'll hear it again. I will read ANYTHING by Jennifer. I wished in NY when we met we could have had some time to sit down and just talk and figure out what is it about her writing that's just so irresistible. From page one of all her books until the last sentence is read, you can't put the book down at all. Its like your life depends on you finishing that book immediately. Seriously if this was So You Think You Can Dance and if I was Mary Murphy the judge, Onyx would be on the Hot Tamale Train - Choo Choo!!!! 

Onyx continues were Obsidian left off. So that means the witty banter, sexual innuendos and suspense is back. Of course Jennifer step it up even more if that's possible and the sexual tensions and scenes are just steam-a-licious. I think I notice my book sweating at times, oh wait that might have been me. The laugh out loud banter also just explodes in these pages. The way Kat and Daemon are linked together create a masterpiece of a love/hate relationship. Ha! maybe I should also mention something else besides Daemon and how swoon-worthy that alien can be. Daemon and Kat have to continue to hide the fact that they are linked from the Department of Defense. Every time time they come around it just gets harder and harder to protect their secrets from them. Then cue the new guy, you think the story was complicated before. Nope now its been upgrade to DEFCON 1 with everything that is going down. How many lives will be risked or saved, who will come out victorious in the end. 

OK back to the regular scheduled programming: Daemon!!! No seriously, who is Edward Cullen, I don't recall anymore. Sexy Alien is the must have of 2012. Kat would know, she is a book blogger. Again thank you to Jennifer for stepping it up in the sequel, this sequel definitely did not have the second book syndrome most sequels have. Onyx is Obsidian with better upgrades. make sense!?!? I don't need to tell you or you, yes you too, that this is a series and book you want to have on your shelf to read. Then after or during you reading this book or rereading possibly. Make sure you check out the pictures from Jennifer on tour with the models from the book cover. There are quite a few yummy pictures and a very sexy book trailer for Obsidian too.
