She shares her home with her husband, his K-9 partner named Diesel, and her hyper Jack Russell Loki. Her dreams of becoming an author started in algebra class, where she spent her time writing short stories...therefore explaining her dismal grades in math. Summary: (from goodreads) History is on repeat, and things didn't go so well the last time.

Alexandria isn't sure she's going to make it to her eighteenth birthday—to her Awakening. A long-forgotten, fanatical order is out to kill her, and if the Council ever discovers what she did in the Catskills, she’s a goner... and so is Aiden.

If that's not freaky enough, whenever Alex and Seth spend time "training"—which really is just Seth's code word for some up-close and personal one-on-one time—she ends up with another mark of the Apollyon, which brings her one step closer to Awakening ahead of schedule. Awesome.

But as her birthday draws near, her entire world shatters with a startling revelation and she’s caught between love and Fate. One will do anything to protect her. One has been lying to her since the beginning. Once the gods have revealed themselves, unleashing their wrath, lives will be irrevocably changed... and destroyed.

Those left standing will discover if love is truly greater than Fate...

Oh my! Deity Deity Deity!!! This is my favorite book from the series. Jennifer finally wrote events I had been dying to read. My heart just went into tachycardia but in a good way while flipping through the pages of Deity. Its such an explosive book. All the elements of what I truly enjoy were written into Deity. Jennifer did not hold out at all. I think at one point I might have broken out in to a sweat from all the suspense. Jennifer's books are ones that stay with you long after you have finished reading them, it drives you nuts the wait for the next one. The wait is worth it of course. I just don't know how she can top Deity!

Deity is all about Alex and if she will make it to her 18th birthday. Of course, Its not just about that, but that is the main focus in these pages. It hard to plan on something when you have so many after you, I mean come on how easy can it be when you have Gods, Furies and Daimons after you. Alex will fight for her life, like she hasn't yet. Alex is concerned at all times if they will find out about the Pure that was killed and how Aiden is involved. I absolutely love everything that takes places with Aiden in Deity. If Jennifer doesn't make then happen and gives them their HEA, I'm going to hunt her down and I might cause pain, just saying. Its just see I don't trust Seth, something about the whole Apollyon and Alex issue, makes me think of him having other plans with her and not what he has been upfront about.  Things are uncovered about Seth and its just adds fuel to my suspicions about him. Alex gets a special visit from a God that leaves you drooling or maybe running for the hills. Gawd there is so much to talk about but it would be giving you everything. One of the major secrets revealed are why Pures and Half-blood are not allowed to be together, that was a very OH Shizz moment. Ok lets go back a little to how hot Deity gets, yes Hot as in She did what and he did what type moments, I wonder if Jennifer had to take some cold showers writing those scenes. Ok that's it, your not getting anymore out of me, YOU HAVE TO READ THE BOOK!!!!

Jennifer even though you wrote the heck of a cliff-hanger, I'll allow it because Deity as a whole is FRACKING FABULOUS (plus I love those slit your wrist cliff-hangers). This is my Mr. Moviefone 6 second review of Deity: YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED WITH THE AMESOMENESS IN THESE PAGES! PERIOD!!!!

Those not familiar with this series (where the heck have you been hiding) and those with the books in the TBR piles (should be at the top of the list), make yourselves read these NOW, go to the library, join paperbackswap, buy the books, steal (ok don't steal, just borrow) the books, just make it happen so you can read these books.

Ok now to go find a genie or eat some lucky charms, so I can get Apollyon to appear magically on bookshelf.

To celebrate the Deity tour, you have some chances at winning some really great stuff. Enter one or all of them. Good Luck!
