Sarah Miller hasn’t been home in seven years. She thought she could stay away forever. If it wasn’t for her big brother's wedding, that is. Part of her even feels silly for staying away this long. It's not like anyone even knew what happened. Well, except for him.

That guy. The one she compared all others to. The one who set the bar so high no other guy after him could even compete. The one who made her feel like anything was possible. The one she thought she would never be good enough for. The one she spent the last seven years trying to forget.

All she needs to do is make it through the next week without running into him.

The story of this book is lovely and very sweet. I really enjoyed reading the bond between the main characters, Sarah and Will. I wish we could all have this type of relationship.

Will and Sarah were inseparable ever since they’ve met. They became best friends, sharing an unconditional trust among each other. An event of one night led Sarah to move away. Her departure meant never looking back and never returning home. Now, Sarah is a successful woman and after seven years, she must return home for her brother’s wedding. As successful as she is, Sarah is very much lacking personal relationship. She is much stuck in love with Will. Her plan to return home was to avoid Will, but this becomes difficult when she realizes he is the best man.

Let me put this out there now: Thank God Carey is planning on giving us “HER” as Will’s POV!!! Seriously, I want to know more of him and I want to get inside his head. I feel like I need his POV now, just like Just One Year. Will is all type of swoon. He is sexy, smart, caring and talented. He cares for Sarah like we all wish every man would care about his beloved woman. His only issue is his mother. God, I want to slap that woman. She destroyed them.

If you are looking for an easy read and a happily ever after, then this is your book. HIM contains present and past chapters which are perfectly linked into each end. Brilliant characters and lovely story, this is definitely in my top romance books list.
