With the nation of Panem in a full scale war, Katniss confronts President Snow [Donald Sutherland] in the final showdown. Teamed with a group of her closest friends – including Gale [Liam Hemsworth], Finnick [Sam Claflin], and Peeta [Josh Hutcherson] – Katniss goes off on a mission with the unit from District 13 as they risk their lives to liberate the citizens of Panem, and stage an assassination attempt on President Snow who has become increasingly obsessed with destroying her. The mortal traps, enemies, and moral choices that await Katniss will challenge her more than any arena she faced in The Hunger Games.

  31. I cannot wait to see Mockingjay Part II.

The series is actually the reason why I read YA. It was an assigned book in my YA class, and if I hadn't read it, I'd probably still be reading just classics and adult fiction.

  37. I honestly can't wait to see the movie! But, at the same time, I don't want to watch it because then that'll mean it came to an end.

This series has impacted my life in several ways. I'm going to give a brief summary because I could honestly type and type about it and never end. It taught me to be brave and strong when difficult situations that seem impossible attack your life. It taught me to fight for what I want and for what I deserve. It taught me to fight against injustice and corruption. It helped me notice the flaws our societies have. However, most importantly, it showed me how relevant a little spark of hope can me amidst the darkness of being lost.
