What if you accidentally married the wrong guy?

After a tumultuous first semester at Columbia University, things are finally looking up for Tristan and me. We are in love and nothing can break them up.

But then Tristan starts his internship at a Wall Street investment bank and his busy schedule pushes us apart. He wants to take a break, shattering my heart into a thousand little pieces.

A trip to Atlantic City with friends seems like the perfect way to let off some steam. But what I find out is that one night's drunken indiscretion can change life forever.
This is a New Adult romance novel recommended for ages 18+ due to sexual content and mature subject matter.

Tristan and Alice are back at another semester in college. Tristan starts an internship at a company and between work and his classes, which leaves no time for Alice. Alice starts to feel neglected so she looks to her roommate Dylan for help with one of her classes that Tristan promised to help her with. Things spiral out of control from there and one weekend when all the roommates besides Tristan decide on a trip to Atlantic City. One drunken night and no memories latter, Dylan and Alice wake up to find out how much fun they had the night before.

One Weekend was fun. I loved reading about Alice, a girl turn into a woman, who didn't have a voice on her own... Always thinking of others and what they think of her. To turning into a strong willed woman who stuck up for herself and faced her fears. Yes, she had went through so much this last semester but in the end she learns to value herself. I really loved this about this story. So much to learn from Alice.

This book is a very fast and easy read. It's a story of self-discovery, of redeeming and making the best out of yourself. It contains life lessons. There are times that one has to trust yourself and moving forward no matter what. I really enjoyed One Weekend and I hope everyone gives this a try.
