Espionage. Secrets. Murder. Love.

These were all the components that had made up the romance between former FBI agent Halle Margot and notorious mafia hitman Marco Desmond.

But that was now all in the past. Having safely fled to Europe, Marco and Halle are ready to start fresh with a new life that is quiet and safe from all the danger they had left behind in the States.

That is until the sleek and lethal Tobias Lestrade shows up. Kidnapping Halle, he offers Marco an ultimatum—take on a dangerous and nearly impossible mission or lose Halle forever.

To Marco Desmond, that is no choice at all. As he works to save Halle, he knows one thing: nobody touches the ones he loved without paying for it. Dearly.
This is an Adult romance novel recommended for ages 18+ due to sexual content and mature subject matter.

Halle and Marco have been living under the radar since they'd rushed out of the U.S. They were starting to feel as if they could somewhat live their lives without looking over their shoulders. As they've been for the last 6 months. But one night all that changed, the night Marco was offered, no demanded, to do a job. Since this was not proper, he said no and there was a consequence. Halle was taken. Both of them will go through much and do anything to get back together!

What I enjoyed most about Risky Temptation is reading a man who thought he wasn't capable of loving someone the way he loves Halle. His passion and love will make him do anything and everything for her. He went through the impossible to find her. Halle might look all girly but she is tough. She will do whatever to never be bothered again by the Black Saints. Marco is once again surprised with her and what she is capable of doing. I loved how they respected each other equals.

This book is great. I was really entertained with this story. I loved how both were trying to have a normal life, well as normal as it can be, when keeping under the radar to make the most of life. However, what I loved the most is Halle. She is woman who will do anything even to be with the man who she cannot live without. This is how true life should be.
