The Fall Affair was awesome! I am never disappointed in Vi Keeland’s books but this one blew me away and will be in my top Vi list. I’ve always wanted to travel to Italy but this story made me want to take PTO tomorrow and book a trip.
We are introduced to Allegra, an amazing, hard working lawyer, on her way to a meeting that would reveal who the new partners were. She felt she had this in the bag because of her dedication but she is floored when things did not go her way. Bewildered, and in need of a purpose, she finds out she inherited her grandma’s house in Tuscany. Things are not always as they seem however and that is where the real adventure begins.
In Italy we meet Matteo and WOW, he is everything I would hope for in a leading man. The chemistry was off the charts as expected in a Vi Keeland book. I am rating The Fall Affair with 4.5 stars. This was such a fun summer read and I recommend everyone give it a chance!
