Another great book by Penelope Ward. The Rocker’s Muse is about a young, recently college graduated Emily Applewood’s chance encounter with a a famous rockstar. The chance encounter turns into a job interview to assist Tristian Daltrey’s band on their four month upcoming tour. Since Emily was in between jobs and in need of a change of scenery, she went for it not knowing how things would turn out.
I really love the charming Tristian and the quirky Emily and felt their chemistry the whole way through. I’m not a big fan of age gap romances but Penelope Ward made it work and I enjoyed the emotional ride and at times angst filled pages. I recommend everyone read this book, I read it in one sitting and rate it 4.25 stars.
