I totally loved this book!!  This story is about good versus evil.  It starts off with Jim Heron, an ex black-ops solider, who decided to leave his old military life behind and start a new life in Boston.  While in Boston he finds a job as a construction worker for a construction company owned by Vin diPietro.  One day, while at work, he discovers that the woman he met at a club is his boss’s, girlfriend.  Completely freaked out, he ends up having as serious accident and is rushed to the hospital fighting for his life.   While at the hospital, Jim “wakes” up and finds himself in a strange place.  There he is greeted by four angels, Nigel, Colin, Byron and Albert.  Jim is told that he is to save the world.  He will have to save seven peoples’ souls.  He will not know who these people are and would not receive any help in finding out.  The hard part is that there will be someone who will do anything to stop him even if it’s against the rules.  I don’t want to give too much away, but Jim has already met this person and he will wish he never had.

Summary: Redemption isn't a word Jim Heron knows much about. His specialty is revenge, and to him, sin is all relative. But everything changes when he becomes a fallen angel and is charged with saving the souls of seven people from the seven deadly sins.

Failure is not an option.

Vin DiPietro long ago sold his soul to his business, and he's happy with that- until fate intervenes in the form of a tough talking, Harley-riding, self-professed savior. But then he meets a woman who will make him question his destiny, his sanity, and his heart. Vin has to work with a fallen angel to win her over and redeem his own soul.
