A contemporary romance about what could very well be,  real life emotional  and heart breaking struggles of current families. It’s about family conflicts, divorce drama, addictions as well as strong emotions of hope and love. Decisions taken will send them in an emotional rollercoaster, but where love, understanding  and family will help move forward and bring them together.

This book is the sequel of Summer of Two Wishes. You would want to read it first, so you can understand why the main character Wyatt is where he is, you do not need it to immerse yourself in the plot of this book.

Holly was the sister that was always left in the  wake of Hanna which was the perfect student, daughter, wife and mother and felt that she will never be good enough. One day Holly’s world is turn upside down, when her sister disappears leaving her son in her care. Different events bring Holly to the family home, which her mother left to her when she died, hoping  to be able to cope with her new life. There she finds  Wyatt, who is battling his own demons after his divorce. Day by day they grow to love each other only to have everything taken away again when her sister returns for her son. The intervention of her sister brings them together again to share their love at the end.

It is not an easy book to put down until you finish reading it.
