If you live in the Houston area and didn't make it out last year to see Cirque Du Soleil's Amaluna, then your in luck, because they are back and it's just as amazing as ever.
The show is called Kurios - Cabinet of Curiosities, and Houston is the lucky to city to have it touring right now. I have spoken with friends that have seen the show in other cities in North America, and they were blown away, just like I was. The touring show is here in Houston through May 21st. So you have plenty of time to buy tickets and see the show everyone is raving about. Tickets range from $35 - $175, but really, there isn't a bad seat in the big top.
I attended the grand opening day and wow. First off, we were greeted with wines and clown noses. What a "curious" combination, right? Then you see all the folks dressed in costumes and they don't disappoint. While we waited to be seated inside, we got a little preview, on the top of the big top, couple of the artist, did a small show for us. And if that wasn't entertaining enough, there was a singer and her guitarist, just blowing you away with her vocals.
Next week, I'll be sharing on the actual show and how it blows you right out of your seats, seriously buy your tickets now and see what the fuss is all about!!!
Here are pictures from that pre-show:
Stay tune for next week, when I hare pictures from the show and my experience.
