From the New York Times bestselling author of Taking Chances, From Ashes, and Stealing Harper, comes the new unforgettable adult romance Molly McAdams’ fans have been waiting for—the sizzling story of a young woman who must place her trust in the one man who can break through her defenses.

A night they will always remember…a connection neither can deny…a secret that could destroy it all…

When Kennedy Ryan moves to California, she never expects to come face-to-face with Liam Taylor—the intriguing man who has haunted her thoughts for a year. A man who led her to breaking every one of her rules for a single night of passion that ended up meaning more than it was ever supposed to. Accustomed to disastrous experiences with men, Kennedy shields herself before he can break down more of the carefully built control she’s clung to for the last four years. But every time she sees Liam, she feels her resolve weakening.

Liam Taylor has been asked to help socialize his boss’s nieces. But what he thinks sounds more like a babysitting job ends up leading him to the only girl who ever slipped away before morning—a girl he thought he’d never find again. And now that she’s within reach, Liam’s determined to never let her go.

But when a secret from her past tests their relationship, will they be able to cling to the trust Liam has worked so hard to build?

This book may be unsuitable for people under 17 years of age due to its use of sexual content, drug and alcohol use, and/or violence.

A one night stand in Vegas - it can happen to anybody. What isn't suppose to happen is the deep feelings that take Kennedy over. Leaving before mystery man can wake up seems to be a good decision in her mind. A year later and a move to California leaves her running into Liam Taylor, who is actually mystery man. Could fate have it that they're suppose to be together, or will Kennedy's mysterious past get in the way?

Molly McAdams. Queen. I swear. Every single book of hers that I read I end up finishing quickly, and loving the characters! Trusting Liam took me 6 hours to finish, when I only intended on just starting it--I should've known better, it's what always happens when I pick up one of McAdams' books. She also always has a way of making readers pine for the handsome leading man in her books-in this case tattoos...all the characters have tattoos in this book, and boy have I never wanted a boy with a tattoo as much as I do after reading this.

Kennedy -- or as Liam likes to call her, Moon -- is afraid of commitment. Her past is one that has left her a pessimist when it comes to relationships. Which is why she tries so hard to run from Liam. Liam is a man who doesn't make any of the many girls he hooks up with permanent, which is why when he wants to make Kennedy permanent he fights as hard as he can for it to work. When Kennedy finally gives in to Liam it is the most adorable relationship I've ever read. From their first date, to the first time they sleep over, to the first time Kennedy makes it known that she wants more with Liam. Even when Kennedy's ex comes into the picture, Rhys, it's still known that she wants to be with Liam. Even if things don't go as swimmingly as the reader would want it to.
